Update from the Northumberland FA

Coming into effect today, there have been a number of amendments made by the Northumberland FA regarding COVID-19 precautions on a matchday.

These regulations and precautions will be in place for our home tie versus Ryhope CW this weekend, as well as all subsequent games as well. For full information on these changes, please click here.

There will be track and trace in place at the game as usual as well, with the COVID-19 Track and Trace app now in place at Sam Smith's Park as well. The club will also take track and trace details for all fans to ensure maximum safety.

If you don't have the app, the android app can be downloaded by clicking here, and the Apple version of the app can be downloaded here.

The capacity for home games for the foreseeable future will be 150 people as well. All spectators must wear a face mask to games, and if you are exempt from wearing a face covering, an exemption certificate will be expected upon arrival to Sam Smith's Park. Failure to produce such documentation will lead to refusal of entry into the stadium.

Everybody from Newcastle Benfield hopes all fans are well, and we look forward to seeing you on Saturday!
