Newcastle Benfield FC will be taking on Heaton Stannington on Saturday 10th July, to compete for the Jimmy Rowe Cup!
Both teams will compete for this trophy at the start of each season, as a part of both sides' pre-season preparations, and this year the money raised on the gates at Sam Smith's Park will go to the Head and Neck Cancer Foundation.
The game will also provide an opportunity to remember the late Kevin Cheetham, who was a massive fan of both Benfield and Heaton Stannington, as well as being a member of Benfield's committee, and Kevin's son supports the charity that this special game is raising money for.
Kick off is at 3pm. Admission is £3 for adults, concessions £1 and under 18s and season ticket holders will receive free admission. Don't forget, you can sign yourself up to a Benfield season ticket for the 2021/22 season, by going to our ticketing site; www.newcastlebenfield.com/tickets.
